This policy describes the current Veylen Studios website and consultation-booking flow.

Information collected

When you book a consultation, Veylen Studios collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional project description, selected time, and the consent record required to create the booking. The service may also process basic technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

How information is used

Information is used to display availability, hold and confirm consultation times, communicate about the requested consultation, respond to project inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the reliability of the service.

First-party website measurement

Veylen records page views, consultation-link clicks, and booking-flow milestones to understand whether the website works. A random session identifier is created for the current browser tab and stored as a one-way hash. Records may include the page path, referring page, and campaign or AI-agent label supplied in the URL. This system does not set a cross-site advertising cookie, store form contents in analytics, or use browser fingerprinting.

Booking attribution

When a consultation is submitted, the booking may store the booking-page URL, referring page, campaign parameters, and an agent-platform label included in the URL. This first-party attribution helps Veylen understand which pages or AI referrals lead to consultations. It is stored with the booking and does not use a cross-site advertising cookie.

Private management links

A new booking receives a private signed link for viewing, cancelling, or rescheduling. Anyone with that link may manage the booking, so it should not be shared publicly.

Marketing

Booking consent does not enroll you in marketing. Marketing consent, if introduced, will be requested separately.

Service providers

Veylen Studios uses infrastructure providers to host the website, run server functions, and store booking records. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage consultations, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@veylenstudios.com. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal, or transactional purposes.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, booking system, processors, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
